Q. How much do you charge?
A. $59 to arrive and diagnose the problem. If we can fix it in 15 minutes it stays at $59. We bill $75 an hour in 1/4 increments. Our prices are much less than the major corporations AND we have a faster response time. Usually same day.

Most computer issues are fixed with 1-1.5 hrs.

In rare instances such as data recovery, we may take the computer with us. It is more efficient and can save you time/money. We can give you a FLAT price in those instances and usually have it back to you and re-setup in 48 hrs.

Q. What are the hours of operation?
A. Monday – Friday techs are available 9am-8pm Saturdays 10-5. Sundays 10-5. We can usually get out there the same day.

Q. Is your work guaranteed?
A. Of course, we rely on word of mouth and guarantee our work for 30 days. Check us out on Yelp, Anglie’s list, Checkbook or Google….. a decades worth of *Five Star* reviews.

Q. Are you certified?
A. Yes all techs are MCSE / CompTia A+ certified. The 2 founders each have over 10+ years of real world experience troubleshooting and maintaining PC equipment. One is a former NASA technician the other is a former Mozilla Firefox developer.

Q. Do you accept credit cards?
A. Not at this time, sorry. In emergencies we might be able to take a credit card, ask us at time of appointment.

Q. When is payment due?
A. At time services are rendered.

Q. Do you provide support to offices as well?
A. Yes, we specialize in small business, home businesses as well as home users.
