How much do you charge?
A. $65 to
arrive and diagnose the problem. If we can fix it in 15 minutes it stays
at $65. We bill $75 an hour in 1/4 increments. Our prices are much less than the major
corporations AND we have a faster response time. Usually same day.
Most computer issues are fixed with
1-1.5 hrs.
We have more reliable, personal
service. In rare instances such as data recovery, we may take the computer with us. It is
more efficient and saves time/money. Will will give you a FLAT price in
those instances.

Friday techs
are available 9am-8pm Saturdays 10-5. Sundays 10-5. We can usually get out there the same day.

techs are MCSE / CompTia A+ certified. The 2 founders each have over 10+
years of real world experience troubleshooting and maintaining PC
equipment. One is a former NASA technician the other is a former
