Q.  What are the hours of operation?
A.  Monday - Friday techs are available 9am-8pm Saturdays 10-4.

Q.  Is your work guaranteed?
A.  Of course, we rely on word of mouth and guarantee our work. 

Q.  Are you certified?
A.  Yes all techs are MCSE / CompTia A+ certified. The 2 founders each have over 10+ years of real world experience troubleshooting and maintaining PC equipment. One is a former NASA technician the other is a former Netscape Technician. 

Q.  Do you accept credit cards?
A.  Yes, all major credit cards and checks.

Q.  Do you provide support to offices as well?
A.  Yes, we specialize in small business solutions as well as home users.
